Sponsorship and exhibition

Dear partner,

It is our great pleasure, on behalf of the Estonian Veterinary Association and the Estonian Small Animal Veterinary Association, to invite you to attend the Veterinary Medicine Conference “Veterinaarmeditsiin 2020”. This year’s conference will take the form of a webinar and will be hosted on our website www.veterinaarmeditsiin.ee on 23 & 24 October. The programme for this year’s conference has been divided into two sections:

  • 23 October – Small animal veterinarians
  • 24 October – Large animal veterinarians

The webinar will only be open to professionally licensed veterinarians.

This year we are offering sponsors opportunities to promote their products and services to veterinarians online, via social media and face to face during our evening get-togethers. Please take a look at the sponsorship packages below and get in touch with our representative if you would like to sign up for one or have any questions.

The packages will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

The organising committee of the conference would like to draw your attention to the fact that any advertisements shown online or in social media channels must meet the requirements of both the Medicinal Products Act and the Advertising Act. Should you wish to purchase a sponsorship package, a contract will be entered into with you to that end.

If you have any questions, please contact the chief organiser of the conference, Andrus Eigla, by e-mailing andrus.eigla@vet.ee or calling +372 50 82 297.

See you in at www.veterinaarmeditsiin.ee!

Regards,
